Gentle and homogeneous blending
Our horizontal batch blenders type RDM are used for gentle and uniform blending of dry, grainy and free-flowing products. They are particularly suitable for seed, grass seed, cereals, pulses, bird seed and other agricultural products.
Two counter-rotating shafts ensure uniform blending of two or more individual components. This is also guaranteed when the fill level is only 10% of the actual volume. Thanks to short blending times and a special geometry, all products are handled gently. The RDM series consistently delivers high-quality results, regardless of products or blend recipes.
Fast and residue-free discharge
A key feature is the residue-free and rapid discharge. Two pneumatically actuated bottom flaps covering the entire blender chamber discharge the entire content residue-free and instantly into a buffer bin below.
The rapid discharge is not only efficient; it also prevents a batch from segregating again during discharge.
Robust design for industrial use
The blenders are designed as robust machines for industrial use. The heavy-duty steel blending chamber, double shaft sealing and completely enclosed housing enable reliable and clean operation. The solid construction ensures low wear and low maintenance requirements.
Easy cleaning and good accessibility
Accessibility is essential for product changes, maintenance and inspection. The RDM blenders are designed so that cleaning and inspection can be carried out easily and efficiently.
