Representative samples for reliable decisions
At goods receiving, samples often determine moisture assessment, impurity level, quality, release, pricing or further processing. The sample must therefore be taken as representatively, reproducibly and tamper-proof as possible. Especially with large delivery quantities, changing vehicle types and high requirements for traceability, automatic sampling offers clear advantages over manual methods.
INOGET sampling systems support this process through:
- automatic sampling from trucks, trailers or rail wagons
- defined sampling points
- reproducible sampling sequences
- reduced manual intervention
- safe sample transport to the laboratory
- high traceability of the sampling process
- robust design for agriculture, trade, industry and laboratory use
All product-contacting components are made of stainless steel or food-grade plastics. Supporting elements are hot-dip galvanized and designed for long service life under demanding conditions.
Three systems for different plant concepts
Depending on site, vehicle type, traffic lane, building layout and plant concept, different sampler systems are available.
PSL 6000 – Column sampler
The PSL 6000 is a flexible column sampler for three-dimensional sampling. With several controlled movement axes, the sampling probe can move precisely to different points within its working area. The system is particularly suitable for facilities where different vehicle types, loading situations or sampling points need to be covered flexibly.
- high mobility within the working area
- precise positioning of the sampling probe
- operating radius up to approx. 6 m
- suitable for different vehicle sizes
- automatic or manual sampling possible
- ideal for high flexibility and changing requirements
PBL 3000 – Bridge sampler
The PBL 3000 is a bridge sampler for systematic sampling along linear vehicle movements. The sampling unit travels on a stable bridge structure along the vehicle. Through the combination of linear travel and a rotating sampler head, defined areas of the loading surface can be reached precisely. Depending on the execution, sampling from one side or both sides is possible.
- efficient sampling along vehicles
- suitable for clearly defined traffic lanes
- precise linear travel
- one-sided or two-sided sampling possible
- robust construction for high utilization
- particularly suitable for sites with high sampling throughput
PPL 3000 – Portal sampler
The PPL 3000 is the high-performance solution for larger plants, long travel distances and high automation requirements. The system travels on rails along the vehicles to be sampled and can be adapted to different sampling tasks depending on the configuration. The portal sampler is particularly suitable for large intake areas, rail or truck intake systems, standardized vehicle positions and high requirements for automation and repeatability.
- PPL 3000-S with sampler head mounted directly on the portal
- PPL 3000-LT with additional linear column for precise vertical movement
- PPL 3000-HK with integrated sample preparation directly on the sampler
Intelligent control up to matrix sampling
A key feature of INOGET systems is their flexible control concept. Depending on the required degree of automation, different operating and control systems are available.
STANDARD
The standard control enables simple, direct and manual operation of the sampler.
SEMI-MATRIX CONTROL
With semi-matrix control, predefined programs can be used for recurring vehicle types or sampling situations. This makes repeatable sampling sequences easier and safer.
MATRIX CONTROL
Matrix control enables free selection of sampling points via a visual operator interface. The operator selects the required sampling points on the screen, and the sampler then moves to these points automatically. Because the sampling points can be selected individually, the sampling sequence is not rigidly predictable. This makes manipulation more difficult and increases the reliability of the sample.
- precision
- traceability
- tamper protection
- flexibility
- repeatability
- documentation of the sampling process
Sample transport and sample preparation
After sampling, the sample must be transported to the laboratory safely and with minimal alteration. Depending on plant layout and distance, different systems are available.
RECIRCULATING AIR SYSTEM
The recirculating air system is suitable for simple plants and short conveying distances. The sample is pneumatically transported to the laboratory and discharged into a sample container.
DUO SYSTEM
For higher requirements, INOGET offers the DUO system with separate air streams. It is particularly useful for complex plant structures, larger distances between sampler and laboratory, and high requirements for sample quality and process reliability.
- suitable for long conveying distances
- clean and low-dust sample transport
- cleaning of the conveying line after the sampling sequence
- reduced mixing between samples
- integrated filter cleaning
- homogenization of the sample
- more representative composite sample
- clean discharge of excess material
Planning, integration and service
INOGET sampling systems are designed project-specifically. Already in the quotation phase, planning and visualization can be carried out using 3D design. This allows plant layout, movement areas, traffic lanes, laboratory connection and structural interfaces to be coordinated at an early stage.
We support you with
- selection of the suitable sampler system
- design for truck, trailer or rail intake
- integration into new or existing intake systems
- coordination of sample conveying and laboratory connection
- control and operating concept
- installation, commissioning and training
- maintenance and service
