Economical and precise treatment

The Niklas continuous liquid seed treaters are used for high-quality seed treatment. They are particularly suitable for standardized treatment processes of cereals, pulses, corn and other seed types.

Precise dosing of seed and chemical liquid

For a uniform treatment result, the exact ratio between seed quantity and chemical liquid is essential. Continuous seed treaters therefore use electronic dosing systems for both seed and liquid products.

Depending on the configuration, seed dosing is carried out via weighing technology, rotary valve or Seed-Flow-Controller. Liquids are precisely dosed using special pumps and electronic flow measurement.

This enables uniform seed coating and stable process control.

Uniform application and gentle post-mixing

The treatment product is finely distributed into the product flow. In larger machine versions, the primary distribution is carried out via a spray disc without conventional nozzles. A special nylon brush screw then ensures gentle and effective post-mixing.
