Homogeneous seed coating through rotor/stator principle
The seed is treated in the mixing cone according to the rotor/stator principle. Special deflector blades ensure intensive blending and uniform product movement during the coating process.
Liquids are finely distributed via a spray disc. This enables application without conventional nozzles and with very fine liquid distribution. Depending on the configuration, powders or additional components can also be dosed gravimetrically and integrated into the process.
The result is a homogeneous seed coating with very good seed-to-seed distribution.
Fully automatic batch operation
The Niklas batch treaters are designed for fully automatic processes. Seed, liquids and powders are fed batch by batch using electronic scales and freely programmable dosing systems.
This allows treating, coating and pelleting processes to be precisely adapted to crop, recipe and target quality.
For liquids and powders
Depending on the configuration, the batch treaters can be equipped with different dosing systems for liquids and powders. Product dosing is carried out gravimetrically and precisely integrated into the treatment process.
Depending on the plant concept, up to 25 dosing systems for liquids or powders are possible. This allows even complex recipes to be implemented.
Integrated control and documentation
The treaters are equipped with PLC control, electronic weighing systems and visualization via touch panel display. Process data, recipes and batch information can be stored and documented.
Optional features include network connection, printer, remote maintenance or a second operating station in a control room or office.
Integrated cross-flow aspiration
To reduce remaining dust, the raw seed is guided through an integrated cross-flow aspiratior before entering the mixing cone. This stabilizes the process as uniform and clean raw seed is an important factor for a high quality result.
