For sensitive seed types and coated products
They are particularly suitable after seed treating, coating, encrusting or pelleting processes, when moist product surfaces must be dried reliably and sticking between kernels needs to be avoided. The combination of uniform product movement and controlled hot air supply creates a stable and gentle drying process.
Homogeneous drying across the entire drying surface
The product is fed evenly onto the drying deck via an inlet with flexible connection and product distributor. A special ventilation floor ensures uniform hot air distribution across the entire drying surface.
The combination of vibration and air flow moves the product in a controlled way across the drying deck. This dries the surface evenly without unnecessary mechanical stress.
Controlled air flow and process monitoring
Precise coordination of supply and exhaust air is essential for stable drying results. RFT continuous flow dryers are equipped with hot air connections on the bottom, an exhaust air hood with aspiration spouts on the top side, as well as pneumatic shut-off and flow control flaps.
Pressure transmitters measure the pressure conditions inside the dryer and support the adjustment of supply and exhaust air volume. Temperature sensors for measuring seed temperature can be integrated as an option.
Integrated control screening
After drying, an integrated control screen can be used to remove coarse particles. Lumps, oversize particles or unwanted agglomerates are reliably separated from the product stream.

Sizes
Continuous flow dryers are configured according to the specific application. Available sizes range from compact machines with a drying deck of 300 × 2,100 mm to high-capacity systems with 1,200 × 5,000 mm.
Further sizes and special configurations are available depending on product, capacity, drying target and plant layout.
