Vibratory Screens - flexible and energy-efficient
The RKS and RVK series operate with unbalanced drives and are characterized by a compact, robust design. They can therefore be flexibly integrated into existing plants.
They require comparatively low drive power, offer very good accessibility and generate low dynamic loads. At the same time, they achieve high throughput rates in relation to the screen areas. Quick-release fasteners and easily accessible inspection areas simplify cleaning, maintenance and screen exchange.
Control Screen Cleaners type RKS
The RKS series is used wherever coarse particles, fine particles, lumps or foreign material need to be reliably removed from the prime product.
Applications:
- pre-cleaning after intakes
- control screening after treating, coating or pelleting processes
- control screening before packaging
- capacities from 10 to 32 m³/h
- screen areas from 0.5 to 3.2 m²
- separation into two fractions in single-layer design
- separation into three fractions in double-layer design
- driven by two unbalanced motors
- flexible connections at inlet and outlets
- wire mesh or perforated screens
- screen cleaning via a rubber ball system
- quick-release screen clamps
- aspiration spouts
- dust-tight, enclosed design
Screen Graders type RVK
RVK grading machines are suitable for precise sizing. Depending on the number of screens and machine configuration, grading into two to five fractions is possible.
In addition to classic grading, the machines can also be used for special applications, such as string separation after bag or big bag intake, for example in seed blending plants.
Applications:
- sizing of seed and grain
- grading into multiple product streams, for example in hulling lines
- string separation after bag or jumbo bag intakes
- capacities from 0,8 to 3,6 m³/h
- screen areas from 2,0 to 9,0 m²
- precise grading in up to 5 fractions
- 1, 2 or 3 parallel screen layers
- driven by two unbalanced motors
- flexible connections at inlet and outlets
- wire mesh or perforated screens
- screen cleaning via a rubber ball system
- quick-release screen clamps
- aspiration spouts
- open or dust-tight, enclosed design
Options and configurations
Depending on the series, various options are available to adapt the machines to different products and processes:
- right or left hand machines
- frequency inverter for stepless speed control
- stainless steel or food-grade design
- automatic screen tensioning
- adjustable screen inclination
- support frames / suspensions
