DELTA air screen cleaners are used for pre-cleaning, fine cleaning and sorting of seed, grain and other agricultural products. In combination with precisely adjustable inlet and outlet aspiration, they remove coarse impurities, fine particles, light material and dust in one coordinated process.

Precise cleaning by combining screens and air

Air screen cleaners combine mechanical screening with targeted aspiration. This allows products to be separated not only by kernel size, but also by aerodynamic properties. Dust, husks, empty kernels and other light particles are reliably removed from the product stream.

In demanding seed and whole-grain processes, this combination enables stable and reproducible cleaning with high product quality.

Overview

DELTA screening machines are used for pre-cleaning, fine cleaning and grading. Advanced feeding systems ensure that the screens are fed evenly across the entire working width at all times.

DELTA super fine cleaners are equipped with the most advanced air system on the market for particularly demanding cleaning tasks. The integrated bottom air section allows an even finer separation of specifically lighter particles.

This makes it possible, for example, to remove kernels with lower density and often reduced germination rates. This fraction can be discharged separately, while the main fraction becomes more homogeneous and is upgraded in quality.

The Delta 130 series is designed for ideal screen area usage in conjunction with a sophisticated aspiration system. Thanks to their adjustable screen inclination, the combi cleaners can be used for both pre-cleaning and fine cleaning.
