Automatic adjustment of processing intensity
A key feature of the diagonal de-awners is the automatically regulated outlet flap. The control system monitors the motor current and automatically adjusts the product retention time. This allows the machine to be used for both intensive and light processing, depending on product and target result.
The machines are especially suitable for oats and spelt, where not only capacity but also high and reproducible processing quality is essential.
Robust design for industrial use
Our diagonal de-awners are designed as robust machines for continuous operation in industrial processing plants. The processing chamber, de-awning shaft and drive system are engineered for reliable operation and high mechanical load capacity.
Standard design
- stable steel housing with diagonal processing chamber
- de-awning shaft with beaters
- electrically controlled outlet flap
- automatic capacity regulation via motor current
- stepless adaptation to different throughput rates
- V-belt drive and motor
- de-awner control in control cabinet
Options
- hardened beaters
- frequency inverter for continuously adjustable rpm (e.g. for spelt)
- control system as components for integration into an existing control system
